For nearly 48 years, restaurateur Antonio K. Boulos, “Chef Tony”, has had a passion for food. When you eat his culinary creations, it conjures up memories of your Mother and tastes from you childhood. Chef Tony has taken his ancestral recipes, handed down from generation to generation, and combined them with classical training and cooking experience. From his use of fresh herbs and vegetables, grown in his on-premises garden and locally, to personal touches Chef Tony Has made traditional Lebanese recipes, contemporary and mouth-watering.
Chef Tony graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY. After graduation, he honed his cooking skills in kitchens across the globe. In addition, he is a certified Executive Chef, a member of the American Culinary Federation’s High Honor Society and a member of the American Academy of Chefs.
